Eriko Oyama was born and raised in Japan but has always had a passion for exploring the world. She lived in Dubai for 16 years while working for an airline company which helped her to fulfill her dream of traveling the world. Eriko-san has visited over 80 countries and she’s developed a deep appreciation for diverse cultures. In 2018 Eriko-san moved back to Japan to be closer to her family. She says that working with IMTBIKE allows her to share her country’s rich culture and traditions with riders from all over the world. When she’s not on tours, Eriko-san works to promote Japanese wines by conducting wine and cheese seminars. In her free time, she enjoys hiking in the mountains, baking bread, and exploring Japan’s many relaxing hot springs.
