IMTBIKE was founded in 1997 in Madrid, Spain. Since then we have had the pleasure of showing the beauty of Spain, Portugal, Morocco, France and Italy to thousands of enthusiastic motorcyclists from more than 90 different countries. We are very proud of the reputation we’ve earned as one of the world’s leading motorcycle tour operators.   • Scott is originally from the United States but he has been living and riding in Spain since 1989.  Scott was first hooked on motorcycling at age ten when he purchased his first motorcycle: a third-hand Yamaha JT1 60cc mini-bike.  Since then Scott has been exclusively a two-wheel man and has never owned a car in his life! He has ridden a motorcycle in every continental US state and has also participated in two BMW Around the World Trips. He is fluent in English and Spanish, and takes pride in enjoying Spanish life to the fullest. Scott directs IMTBike´s office operations, but still finds time to lead a tour or two especially in Morocco.

    Isabel has a degree in Tourism Business Administration and she joined the IMTBike team in October 2002. Isabel's main job is to insure that all aspects of our tours are in order for a flawless vacation. Born in Madrid to a Spanish Mother and French father she was raised with two native languages and speaks English as well. When Isabel is not working she enjoys traveling, reading, going to the movies, and writing short stories.

    Known as “222” amongst the IMTBIKE family, Martín began leading tours in 1998. He’s been riding motorcycles for so long that he can’t even remember when his first ride was. Probably when he was just a kid, with his older friends’ Bultacos and Montesas. These experiences fascinated him so much that motorcycling became his passion and his profession. For more than a third of his life, Martín tested and reviewed new motorcycles and publishing articles in the most prestigious magazines and websites in Spain. Martín is also an experienced riding instructor and he has taught classes on the most famous MotoGP tracks in Spain. When “his girls” (he’s father of two girls) and his work obligations allow him, Martín likes to "take on the mountains" pedaling his mountain bike or playing Rock & Blues on one of his beloved guitars. He speaks Catalan, Spanish and English.

  • Born in Esplugues de Llobregat, Barcelona, Oscar’s interest in motorcycling began at a young age. When he was just 10 years old he attended MotoGP races with his older brothers and dreamed of racing motorcycles one day. He turned his dreams into reality when he started racing professionally some years later. He’s been involved in many types of races including 125cc, 250GP Supersport, he was a Wild-Card in the Thunderbike World Championships, the European Championships and the Supersport World Championships. He’s also participated in the Montemeló 24 hour Endurance race and the Bold d’Or 24 Hours race. He collaborates with Motociclismo Magazine as a test rider and teaches riding courses both on and off the track. He’s worked on the MotoGP teams and continues collaborating as the hospitality coordinator of MotoGP Avintia Racing in all four Spanish MotoGP races. When he’s not riding, Oscar loves to cook for his friends and girlfriend and go riding in the hills around Barcelona on his mountain bike.

    María was born on May 3rd 1984 in Madrid. She earned a degree in Tourism and joined the IMTBIKE family in December of 2015. In her free time she loves travelling, going to the movies, roller-skating, and spending time in nature. She’s has a fascination with ancient Egyptian and Roman history and also the Medieval Ages. She’s also a dog lover. At IMTBIKE, María is in charge of all restaurant and hotel reservations for our tours making sure all our tour members have the highest quality experience on every trip.

    Marina was born in Madrid. She loves to travel whether it’s a long trip or a weekend getaway to pretty much anywhere, although she has a soft spot for the US. She’s a huge sports fan and has always played sports. Her favorite is horseback riding. She learned English living in Ireland, England and Malta. She studied Tourism and began her professional career as an event organizer. But her passion for motorcycles eventually lead her to IMTBIKE. She also loves animals, writing, nighttime walks and going out to dinner.

  • Marina was born in Madrid and from a young age felt great fascination for languages. She loves communicating with people from other countries, travelling, music and the Anglo-Saxon world. She has worked for several years in the purchase and import business within the Asian Market. Among many hobbies, she loves travelling through Europe yet her favorite countries are England and Italy. She also loves weekend getaways  to the beach (especially to Cádiz), going to the movies, theater, concerts, or simply walking through Madrid city center ... Marina became part of the IMTBIKE family in the spring 2018.

    Sara was born in Madrid in 1993. She loves travelling around the world as an “insider” and getting to experience different cultures and hidden places in each region. She learned English in Spain yet went to the US to improve it. Sara loved the experience of living with her host families so much she returned a third time to work there for summer. In her free time she enjoys reading, dancing salsa and playing the piano. Music has been her passion as far as she can remember. Sara joined the family in Fall of 2018 and helps with tour hotel reservations as well as in the preparation of each of our trips.  

    Sonia joined the IMTBIKE family in 2019 in the administration department.  She has many years of experience in accounting, human resources, and finance and she joined IMTBIKE with the same illusion that she had when she started her first job!  When Sonia is not crunching numbers she enjoys traveling around the world, especially with her family, to discover new and exciting places.  Sonia is also an avid weekend mountain biker in the Sierra Mountains outside Madrid and, on special occasions, in the Palentine Mountains by her home town of Palencia.

  • Ryan hails from the Pacific Northwest of the United States. His first ride on a motorcycle was a Royal Enfield in India at age 19. He hasn't stopped since! An avid traveler and photographer, Ryan has ridden extensively throughout the West coast of the U.S., Central America, Colombia and the Iberian Peninsula. He takes trips on his motorcycle every chance he gets. Ryan joined the IMTBike family in 2013 as a Madrid agent and guide. When not riding Ryan likes hiking in the mountains around Madrid, updating his photography blog and sampling Madrid's finest craft beers.

    Elisa is from Talavera de la Reina, where she lived until moving to Ávila to study Tourism at the University of Salamanca. In 2018, after five years of working and studying in Ávila she decided to pack her suitcase and move to Sydney, Australia. She spent two amazing years there until covid appeared and ruined the fun. During these two years in Australia, she had the opportunity to visit New Zealand and travel to Malaysia and Singapore. Thanks to a repatriation flight for Spaniards in Australia she returned to her hometown of Talavera where she started doing CrossFit and got into weightlifting.

    Today she lives in a town in the south of Madrid. She spends her free time playing sports, going out with her friends and cuddling with her cat Kika.

    MariJose was born in Sevilla but her hometown is Sierra de Huelva in Andalucia.  MariJose’s wanderlust has led her to live in various cities throughout Spain until she finally settled in a small town in the northwest of Madrid.  She has worked as an English professor and also in international public relations before taking a position in IMTBIKE in the reservation department.  MariJose’s heart has never wandered far from her region in Andalucía and in her free time she enjoys spending time in Andalucia, reading a good book, going out to lunch and spending time with her family.

  • Chano is one of IMTBIKE's first head guides.  He joined the IMTBike family in 1998. Prior to that, Chano was a member of the Spanish King's Royal Escort for 18 years, riding a Harley Davidson in front of the Royal Family's processional carriage. Chano also took care of the King’s personal motorcycle fleet. Chano speaks Spanish, English, and French and when he is not guiding tours, Chano enjoys hiking the mountains, sailing and traveling with his family. Chano lives in the mountains outside of Avila with his wife and two children.    

    Sergi, or “Slim” as he is known affectionately to everyone, joined IMTBike in 2010. He was born in Belgium but moved to Barcelona when he was 4. He speaks Catalan, Spanish, French and English.  Sergi has been riding motorcycles since he was 15 and got the first of his many bikes at 17.  Slim is passionate with sports like ski and above all mountain bike, and tries to stay in good shape so he can get the most out of his Ducati on the racetrack . He is a motorhead and is also interested in classic cars. In his spare time he tries to improve his skills as an amateur DJ.

    Roger hails from Barcelona. His passion for travel leads him to study tourism. After completing his degree, Roger, received a scholarship to work in Northern France at the Tourism Office and of course he brought his motorcycle with him. Roger started riding when he was 3 years old and he has always been passionate about motorcycles, both enduro and street bikes. He has explored all corners of the Iberian Peninsula and numerous European countries and has toured extensively in Morocco. Roger also spent 6 months riding his BMW around Latin America and made it to Tierra del Fuego after a 15 day ride through Patagonia. Roger is also a riding and driving instructor and collaborates with Spanish motorcycle magazines. When Roger is not guiding tours for IMTBike he makes time for his other passion: sailing the Mediterranean.

  • Juanan was born in Barcelona in late 1970s. He get a garduate degree in History and a master degree in Travel journalism. Working for Solo Moto magazine as “critic of motorbikes” (first testing and then writing) for more than ten years, Juanan travelled all around the world attending new models press launches, events and international motorbikes lounges... He loves BMW and considers boxer engine an absolutely masterpiece. Among his many hobbies, highlight writing, laughing and Italy. Juanan speaks English, Italian, Spanish and Catalan.

    Mikel was born in 1985 in Donosti, a beautiful city on the Basque coast. His passion for motorcycling grew from a very young age especially in the mountains. His first experience was at age 9 when his uncle took him for a ride on a Montesa. He didn´t get off the motorcycle since and went on to buy his first enduro bike a few years later. Mikel studied mechanics and loves spending hours fiddling in the garage. His first serious job was in IMTBIKE in Madrid and then went to work with the team in Barcelona. He had a go in the commercial sector but returned to the job he really loves. Mikel speaks Euskera (his mother tongue), Spanish and English. His hobbies and interests are hiking, nature, collecting mushrooms and, just like a true Basque, to end the day with a good meal on the table.

    Paolo was born in Ancona, a beautiful town on the Adriatic coast of Italy. Our Italian team member has a Master in Mechanical Engineering and speaks Italian, English and Spanish. His earliest motorcycle memory is riding as a passenger on his father's beautiful pearl white VFR 750. His passion for motorcycles continued to grow and he began touring Europe on his own bike as soon as he was able to obtain his driving license. He lived and traveled in the US for five years before returning to Spain with his international family. In fact, his wife is from Grenada and his youngest son was born in North Carolina. He has too many hobbies for too little time, but when everyone is napping, you can find him in the garage tinkering with some machine or playing his guitar.

  • Ali is ‘from’ both Australia and Italy. He spent his childhood travelling between the two and both have informed who he is today. Modena gave him a love for fast cars, motorcycles and exceptional food and Australia gave him a passion for surfing and a spirit of adventure found in its wide open spaces. For the past 23 years, Ali has been cooking around the world as a Chef but has decided to embrace his love for motorbikes and adventure and has joined IMTBIKE. This passion for bikes was born when he was given his first Peewee 50 at 4 years old which led to motocross as a sport. And, he bought his first road bike, a Ducati Monster when he moved to Barcelona 20 years ago. He is fluent in English, Italian and Spanish and when not at work, can be found hiking and mountain biking in the hills surrounding Barcelona.

    Paulo, was born and raised in Portugal.  His interest in motorcycling started as a teenager when he took a 10 day motorcycle excursion of Portugal on his Honda NSR 50cc.  Paulo has been riding motorcycles ever since and he’s also competed in several off-road endurance races.  Paulo’s love of nature is equal to his love for motorcycling.  He enjoys hiking and camping in the mountains and he also likes underwater nature which led Paulo to become a certified professional diver. He is fluent in English, Spanish, Portuguese and sign language so he can communicate with everyone else in the world.  When Paulo is not enjoying nature or riding his motorcycle you can be sure he is scouting a new route in Portugal and he’s listening to a great soundtrack while he does it.

    Marc was born in Barcelona but now lives in Sant Cugat del Vallés on the other side of the Collserola Mountains where he rides often. His two passions are music and motorcycles, and he’s been riding since he was little so they’ve always been part of his life. He loves riding, the mountains, going to the track and riding off road, and he’s got more than 30 years of experience on two wheels. He’s been working with motorcycles professionally for almost a decade as a guide, bike tester and instructor.

  • Guillermo was born in Madrid.  Since a young age he has been very passionate about mechanics especially when related to motorcycles.  Guillermo has been lucky enough to have travelled extensively in Europe, South America and Africa thanks to being previously employed in the aviation section.  He speaks Spanish, English and is currently working on his French.   Guillermo is in charge of maintaining our fleet of motorcycles in Madrid in perfect condition.  In his free time Guillermo loves to go hiking in the mountains with his 4 dogs and discover new motorcycle routes especially in Andalucía.

    Originally from Granada Nacho now lives in Málaga. He spent the last few years living between the UK and South Africa where, in the heart of the Kalahari he was able to fully explore his passion for motorcycling at the reins of a BMW GS. Back in Spain he joined up with IMTBIKE to continue his love for motorcycle travel. He also loves going camping and being out in nature.

    Born and raised in Malaga, Miguel Arroyo studied Vehicular Electro mechanics and worked in BMW with both cars and motorcycles. He’s passionate about motorcycles, cars and mountain bikes. Of his many hobbies, he loves enduro, downhill biking, sports, driving, travelling and attending any kind of motorsports events. Miguel is in charge of the Málaga office and makes sure all bikes are in perfect shape for rentals and tours.

  • David is from a small town in Barcelona, Sant Sadurní d'Anoia. He speaks Spanish, English and a little French. His favorite countries are Australia and Costa Rica in which he has lived and also loves surfing its seas. His passion for motorcycles began at age 9 when he first rode his parents' 125 Vespa. He went onto practicing enduro and motocross and later raced speed championships all the way to runner-up in the Yamaha R6 Cup in 2002 and champion of Catalonia in the Series category 2004. He also practices Supermotard and Flat Track achieving podiums in some races. He loves mountain biking, swimming and everything that has to do with sports.

    Erik was born in Barcelona in 1987 and studied Marine Engineering Technology. He speaks English, Spanish and Catalan and his two passions in life are motorcycling and sailing. After working for a few years as a sail boat charter captain he decided to change direction and set new professional goals. He started riding when he was 14 with a Piaggio Vespino and later made the jump to a Yamaha DT80. In 2008, he bought a 750 Africa Twin, or an “Africota” as he liked to call it, and toured around Europe and Morocco. In his free time he loves to hang out with his friends, take trips into the mountains or to the sea, relax, go for a ride or go sailing and explore new places.

    Born in the Dominican Republic (1988) he moved with his parents to Barcelona at the age of 4. His father was a tour guide and since he was little he was always enthusiastic about learning languages. His mother tongues are French, Catalan and Spanish, he is also fluent in English and Italian. His passion for motorcycles was born when he got on it for the first time at the age of 14. He was trained for 11 years in motorcycle rental. In June 2022 he knocked on the door of IMTBike and since then, he has become part of the family. In his spare time, he likes to spend time with his family, go to the movies, dance, watch sports and take short trips along the Costa Brava.

  • Brian Sierra was born in Ecuador in 1997. He arrived in Barcelona at the age of 3 where he studied an intermediate degree in specialized motorcycle mechanics. His love for motorcycles began at the age of 15 while he was studying alternative mechanics, it was then that he got on a pit bike for the first time. Just one year later, after discovering his passion for motorcycles, he decided to purchase his first super motard. His experience as a mechanic in different motorcycle workshops led him to become part of the IMTBIKE family. In his free time he likes to go for walks, enjoy his family and listen to music.

    Alejandro was born in Madrid and got his first introduction to motorcycling from his father, an avid road and off-road rider.  As soon as he was able to get his license Alejandro started his own motorcycle collection which now includes a Yamaha R6 and a KTM 250cc 2-stroke. Alejndro studied electromechanical engineering and he also has an EMT degree.  To master English Alejandro decided to move to London for two years and work in the construction industry. Alejandro joined IMTBIKE in 2023 as a Madrid agent and guide.  When he is not in our Madrid office Alejandro likes to race karts, ride his KTM in the Gredos Mountains and go hiking.

    João was born in Tomar, a Templar city in central Portugal. He started riding motorcycles at the age of 16, at 18 he started touring Portugal on his Yamaha DTR 125. At the age of 21 he made his first motorcycle trip around Europe. In 2003 he started his motorcycle adventures in the African countries of Tunisia and Morocco. In 2018  Joao made a solo round trip journey from Portugal to the Western African country of Guinea-Bissau.  Joao is also big sports fan and grew up playing having played football and surfing. When Joao is not riding motorcycles or surfing he loves listening to music and spending time with his friends, but honestly, what he really likes is riding his motorcycle.

  • Juan Pablo was born in Madrid but moved to Barcelona in 2002. He started riding when he was 15 and has been hooked on motorcycling ever since. He speaks Spanish and English and collaborates with IMTBIKE in the Barcelona rental center and as a guide.  When not thinking about motorcycles he is a rock climbing instructor and loves jazz and Hi-Fi audio equipment.

    Carles, was born in 1975 close to Barcelona and he grew up in the Pyrenees Mountains.  He started riding trails motorcycles when he was 10 years old which was his father’s passion also.  For over 15 years Carles also competed in many national enduro championships.  He is a self-taught mechanic and when he was 12 years old he completely dissembled and reassembled his fathers Montesa Cota 349.  Carlos later worked for several classic car and motorcycle teams in the Spanish Championship Circuit.  Carles’s love for motorcycles is only outdone by his love for the mountains where, in his beloved Pyrenees, he is a certified ski instructor, practices rock climbing, and mountain biking.  Carles speaks Catalan, Spanish and can also communicate in French and English.

  • Chano Lorenzo

  • Chano is one of IMTBIKE's first head guides.  He joined the IMTBike family in 1998. Prior to that, Chano was a member of the Spanish King's Royal Escort for 18 years, riding a Harley Davidson in front of the Royal Family's processional carriage. Chano also took care of the King’s personal motorcycle fleet. Chano speaks Spanish, English, and French and when he is not guiding tours, Chano enjoys hiking the mountains, sailing and traveling with his family. Chano lives in the mountains outside of Avila with his wife and two children.    

  • Sergi "Slim" Besses

    Head Guide & Barcelona Agent

  • Sergi, or “Slim” as he is known affectionately to everyone, joined IMTBike in 2010. He was born in Belgium but moved to Barcelona when he was 4. He speaks Catalan, Spanish, French and English.  Sergi has been riding motorcycles since he was 15 and got the first of his many bikes at 17.  Slim is passionate with sports like ski and above all mountain bike, and tries to stay in good shape so he can get the most out of his Ducati on the racetrack . He is a motorhead and is also interested in classic cars. In his spare time he tries to improve his skills as an amateur DJ.

  • Roger Falgás

    Head Guide

  • Roger hails from Barcelona. His passion for travel leads him to study tourism. After completing his degree, Roger, received a scholarship to work in Northern France at the Tourism Office and of course he brought his motorcycle with him. Roger started riding when he was 3 years old and he has always been passionate about motorcycles, both enduro and street bikes. He has explored all corners of the Iberian Peninsula and numerous European countries and has toured extensively in Morocco. Roger also spent 6 months riding his BMW around Latin America and made it to Tierra del Fuego after a 15 day ride through Patagonia. Roger is also a riding and driving instructor and collaborates with Spanish motorcycle magazines. When Roger is not guiding tours for IMTBike he makes time for his other passion: sailing the Mediterranean.

  • Juanan Martin

  • Juanan was born in Barcelona in late 1970s. He get a garduate degree in History and a master degree in Travel journalism. Working for Solo Moto magazine as “critic of motorbikes” (first testing and then writing) for more than ten years, Juanan travelled all around the world attending new models press launches, events and international motorbikes lounges... He loves BMW and considers boxer engine an absolutely masterpiece. Among his many hobbies, highlight writing, laughing and Italy. Juanan speaks English, Italian, Spanish and Catalan.

  • Mikel Mitxelena

  • Mikel was born in 1985 in Donosti, a beautiful city on the Basque coast. His passion for motorcycling grew from a very young age especially in the mountains. His first experience was at age 9 when his uncle took him for a ride on a Montesa. He didn´t get off the motorcycle since and went on to buy his first enduro bike a few years later. Mikel studied mechanics and loves spending hours fiddling in the garage. His first serious job was in IMTBIKE in Madrid and then went to work with the team in Barcelona. He had a go in the commercial sector but returned to the job he really loves. Mikel speaks Euskera (his mother tongue), Spanish and English. His hobbies and interests are hiking, nature, collecting mushrooms and, just like a true Basque, to end the day with a good meal on the table.

  • Paolo Pezzoli

  • Paolo was born in Ancona, a beautiful town on the Adriatic coast of Italy. Our Italian team member has a Master in Mechanical Engineering and speaks Italian, English and Spanish. His earliest motorcycle memory is riding as a passenger on his father's beautiful pearl white VFR 750. His passion for motorcycles continued to grow and he began touring Europe on his own bike as soon as he was able to obtain his driving license. He lived and traveled in the US for five years before returning to Spain with his international family. In fact, his wife is from Grenada and his youngest son was born in North Carolina. He has too many hobbies for too little time, but when everyone is napping, you can find him in the garage tinkering with some machine or playing his guitar.

  • Ali is ‘from’ both Australia and Italy. He spent his childhood travelling between the two and both have informed who he is today. Modena gave him a love for fast cars, motorcycles and exceptional food and Australia gave him a passion for surfing and a spirit of adventure found in its wide open spaces. For the past 23 years, Ali has been cooking around the world as a Chef but has decided to embrace his love for motorbikes and adventure and has joined IMTBIKE. This passion for bikes was born when he was given his first Peewee 50 at 4 years old which led to motocross as a sport. And, he bought his first road bike, a Ducati Monster when he moved to Barcelona 20 years ago. He is fluent in English, Italian and Spanish and when not at work, can be found hiking and mountain biking in the hills surrounding Barcelona.

  • Paulo, was born and raised in Portugal.  His interest in motorcycling started as a teenager when he took a 10 day motorcycle excursion of Portugal on his Honda NSR 50cc.  Paulo has been riding motorcycles ever since and he’s also competed in several off-road endurance races.  Paulo’s love of nature is equal to his love for motorcycling.  He enjoys hiking and camping in the mountains and he also likes underwater nature which led Paulo to become a certified professional diver. He is fluent in English, Spanish, Portuguese and sign language so he can communicate with everyone else in the world.  When Paulo is not enjoying nature or riding his motorcycle you can be sure he is scouting a new route in Portugal and he’s listening to a great soundtrack while he does it.

  • Marc was born in Barcelona but now lives in Sant Cugat del Vallés on the other side of the Collserola Mountains where he rides often. His two passions are music and motorcycles, and he’s been riding since he was little so they’ve always been part of his life. He loves riding, the mountains, going to the track and riding off road, and he’s got more than 30 years of experience on two wheels. He’s been working with motorcycles professionally for almost a decade as a guide, bike tester and instructor.

  • Guillermo Gutierrez

  • Guillermo was born in Madrid.  Since a young age he has been very passionate about mechanics especially when related to motorcycles.  Guillermo has been lucky enough to have travelled extensively in Europe, South America and Africa thanks to being previously employed in the aviation section.  He speaks Spanish, English and is currently working on his French.   Guillermo is in charge of maintaining our fleet of motorcycles in Madrid in perfect condition.  In his free time Guillermo loves to go hiking in the mountains with his 4 dogs and discover new motorcycle routes especially in Andalucía.

  • Nacho Sánchez

  • Originally from Granada Nacho now lives in Málaga. He spent the last few years living between the UK and South Africa where, in the heart of the Kalahari he was able to fully explore his passion for motorcycling at the reins of a BMW GS. Back in Spain he joined up with IMTBIKE to continue his love for motorcycle travel. He also loves going camping and being out in nature.

  • Miguel Arroyo

  • Born and raised in Malaga, Miguel Arroyo studied Vehicular Electro mechanics and worked in BMW with both cars and motorcycles. He’s passionate about motorcycles, cars and mountain bikes. Of his many hobbies, he loves enduro, downhill biking, sports, driving, travelling and attending any kind of motorsports events. Miguel is in charge of the Málaga office and makes sure all bikes are in perfect shape for rentals and tours.

  • David Noya

    Guide

  • David is from a small town in Barcelona, Sant Sadurní d'Anoia. He speaks Spanish, English and a little French. His favorite countries are Australia and Costa Rica in which he has lived and also loves surfing its seas. His passion for motorcycles began at age 9 when he first rode his parents' 125 Vespa. He went onto practicing enduro and motocross and later raced speed championships all the way to runner-up in the Yamaha R6 Cup in 2002 and champion of Catalonia in the Series category 2004. He also practices Supermotard and Flat Track achieving podiums in some races. He loves mountain biking, swimming and everything that has to do with sports.

  • Èrik Pujol

  • Erik was born in Barcelona in 1987 and studied Marine Engineering Technology. He speaks English, Spanish and Catalan and his two passions in life are motorcycling and sailing. After working for a few years as a sail boat charter captain he decided to change direction and set new professional goals. He started riding when he was 14 with a Piaggio Vespino and later made the jump to a Yamaha DT80. In 2008, he bought a 750 Africa Twin, or an “Africota” as he liked to call it, and toured around Europe and Morocco. In his free time he loves to hang out with his friends, take trips into the mountains or to the sea, relax, go for a ride or go sailing and explore new places.

  • Frederic Thomas

  • Born in the Dominican Republic (1988) he moved with his parents to Barcelona at the age of 4. His father was a tour guide and since he was little he was always enthusiastic about learning languages. His mother tongues are French, Catalan and Spanish, he is also fluent in English and Italian. His passion for motorcycles was born when he got on it for the first time at the age of 14. He was trained for 11 years in motorcycle rental. In June 2022 he knocked on the door of IMTBike and since then, he has become part of the family. In his spare time, he likes to spend time with his family, go to the movies, dance, watch sports and take short trips along the Costa Brava.

  • Brian Sierra was born in Ecuador in 1997. He arrived in Barcelona at the age of 3 where he studied an intermediate degree in specialized motorcycle mechanics. His love for motorcycles began at the age of 15 while he was studying alternative mechanics, it was then that he got on a pit bike for the first time. Just one year later, after discovering his passion for motorcycles, he decided to purchase his first super motard. His experience as a mechanic in different motorcycle workshops led him to become part of the IMTBIKE family. In his free time he likes to go for walks, enjoy his family and listen to music.

  • Alejandro Catalan

  • Alejandro was born in Madrid and got his first introduction to motorcycling from his father, an avid road and off-road rider.  As soon as he was able to get his license Alejandro started his own motorcycle collection which now includes a Yamaha R6 and a KTM 250cc 2-stroke. Alejndro studied electromechanical engineering and he also has an EMT degree.  To master English Alejandro decided to move to London for two years and work in the construction industry. Alejandro joined IMTBIKE in 2023 as a Madrid agent and guide.  When he is not in our Madrid office Alejandro likes to race karts, ride his KTM in the Gredos Mountains and go hiking.

  • João was born in Tomar, a Templar city in central Portugal. He started riding motorcycles at the age of 16, at 18 he started touring Portugal on his Yamaha DTR 125. At the age of 21 he made his first motorcycle trip around Europe. In 2003 he started his motorcycle adventures in the African countries of Tunisia and Morocco. In 2018  Joao made a solo round trip journey from Portugal to the Western African country of Guinea-Bissau.  Joao is also big sports fan and grew up playing having played football and surfing. When Joao is not riding motorcycles or surfing he loves listening to music and spending time with his friends, but honestly, what he really likes is riding his motorcycle.

With a background in international trade and finance, Ronald is mostly involved with new business development in IMTBIKE. When not busy with IMTBIKE, Ronald enjoys riding his mountain bike, participating in Triathlons, skiing and listening to music.

    Anna was born in Russia, grew up in Israel, studied and lived in The Netherlands, where she graduated as an Economics Translator and Interpreter. Anna is the polyglot of IMTBIKE as she speaks fluently: Russian, Hebrew, English, Dutch and German.  Anna loves working with people and she helps IMTBIKE with her interpersonal communication skills to make sure our international client base always feels well looked after.  In her free time Anna enjoys beautiful mountain hikes, reading, writing, discovering great food dishes and always learning new things.

    Jose was born in Barcelona and has always been a sports enthusiast, including all motorsports. A consummate rider, Jose collaborated for several years with LA MOTO magazine as a test rider for comparative bike reviews. He has been collaborating with IMTBike since 2005 in all different aspects of the company. In 2007 he had a grave traffic accident and since then he has been just as active as before, only from a somewhat lower height, the height of his wheelchair. Jose constantly looks for new challenges like participating in the Spanish Tennis Championship where he is already ranked in the top 25…and he keeps improving! Jose is also an ambassador for the Step by Step Sports Foundation which develops training programs for people with spinal injuries. When Jose has some free time he enjoys reading, playing his bass guitar and driving his specially prepared go-kart.
