I got really good service at the Barcelona office. I needed a bike quickly and got one almost right away, even though they recommend to book it beforehand. The guy in the office spoke fluent English and quickly showed me the best routes and even borrowed me his old gloves (because I didnt have any gear with me). Generally everything seemed very well organized and I would recommend this company to anyone.
